Job description

  • Delivering technical support and resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technical products.
  • Recording end-user problems within the ITSM tool.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the progress of ticket resolution to manage backlog effectively.
  • Actively engaging in ongoing service enhancement, which includes creating knowledge scripts and updating training materials.
  • Collaborating closely with on-site IT technicians for swift and efficient technical issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German and English for daily communication; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical abilities, particularly in troubleshooting
  • Effective communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and adept at multitasking
  • Team player
