Job description

Your main responsibilities will be:
providing remote 1st/2nd line technical support to clients
✔ ticket coordination between client and partners
✔ basic troubleshooting with the focus on Linux and Windows Servers
✔ technical coordination and preparation of technical documentation and reports

Our client operates a 24/7 client support environment and the service desk analysts are required to work 8 hour shifts on a rotational basis.

Requirements

As an ideal candidate you should have:

✔ working experience with IT help desk or call centre
fluent English and German is a must
