  • Candidate with excellent basic solving skills for IT problems
  • Employee able to complete various requests and process them within ServiceDesk
  • Organized person able to prioritzie tasks and manage them on time

  • Fluent French – used daily
  • English communicative
  • Enthusiastic about IT
  • Experience as technical support or IT help desk or customer service is a plus not must
  • Proactive personality, not afraid talk to a colleague – internal support
  • Team player willing to work in a smaller team of colleagues
