What you’ll be doing

· You will be a part of a motivated multicultural team supporting German and English speaking clients

· You will be the first point of contact regarding technical requests via phone, mail and other apps

· You will document all service requests and create a knowledge database

· You will monitor progress against customer SLAs to ensure customer service levels are achieved

· You will escalate issues to other departments if necessary

Requirements

Our requirements

· Fluent English and German

· At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position

· Knowledge of PC’s hardware and software

· Proactive and customer orientated personality
