An international technological company is now establishing a new team of IT supporters which will shelter complex technical/customer support activities.

Your tasks
– Managing technical connections
– Assisting and controlling with problem-solving
– Preparing evaluation reports
– Overseeing processes within EDI tool
– Supporting other EDI users
– Data administration
– Managing incidents


– Excellent communication skills
– Fluent in English and German (min. B2), Czech is beneficial
– Similar experience with IT background
– Knowledge of EDI is beneficial
– Proficient user of MS Office
– Friendly, quality-oriented team member
