Responsibilities:

– Reply to queries related to hardware, software and networking
– Support users with installing apps
– Identify technical issues
– Ensure user needs are met
– Record technical issues
– Escalate more complex issues
– Participate in creating manuals
– Provide excellent customer experience

*You can perform this role remotely within Czech Republic.

Requirements

– Command of English and German (C1)
– Pro-activity
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A plus: Degree in Computer Sciencer or similar
– A plus: Knowledge of network security and anti-virus
