– Taking questions and concerns from customers via phone, e-mail, or social media
– Assist with placement of order, refunds, and exchanges
– Analyze and resolve customers’ problems
– Being available for customer care and developing positive relationships with all customers
– Guiding customers through detailed knowledge of company’s products and services
– Collaborating with internal departments


– Ability to work in international teams
– Fluency in English and language
– Excellent communication skills, phone or personal, and good computer skills
