Job description

Your responsibilities

· You will provide 1st Level IT Support for technical assistance of French and English end users (employees) via phone, email and self service portal

· You will log issue in a tracking system and escalate to 2nd Level Help Desk if more specialized assistance is needed

· You will interact with users and co-workers (local & remote) to support identification and resolution of problems

Requirements

Our requirements

· Fluent English and French

· Working experience in a similar position would be a plus

· Basic technical skills at user level, Microsoft Office and Windows operation system literacy is required

· Very good interpersonal and communication skills
