Do you have experience as a legal trainee in technology (IT/IP) law and wish to advance your career in law? Are you seeking stable employment in a prestigious law firm in the center of Prague?

As a Junior Legal Associate / Articled Law Clerk, these shall be your daily responsibilities:

– Dive into a diverse range of legal fields, spanning IP and IT law, contractual law, data protection, and cybersecurity, all while honing your skills in areas that truly excite you
– Immerse yourself in exciting projects across Media & Entertainment, Video Gaming, AI, E-Commerce, and FinTech, offering you a chance to become a specialist in niche legal domains
– Elevate your abilities in public speaking and cultivating business opportunities
– Extend your support to various teams like M&A, Life Sciences, or Litigation, lending your expertise to their endeavors
– Collaborate with colleagues from across the expansive CEE region and becoming an integral part of our firm-wide tech law crew
– Take on demanding and rewarding top-tier projects while benefiting from the wisdom of seasoned senior colleagues

Location: Praha 1
Start: possible immediately or via agreement
Contract: Unlimited period directly with the employer

Requirements

– An enthusiastic enthusiasm for the realm of IP/IT law and data management
– An aspiration to learn on a daily basis and grow within your field
– Proven experience in technology law, ideally on a Junior role
– Year of experience in technology law
– Problem-solving approach, detail-orientation, precision is an absolute must
– Analytical mindset and critical mind
– Proficient English B2+/C1 is a must
– Other EU languages are a plus!
