Our international client, based in Prague, needs to enhance their Accounting teams and they are looking for new colleagues in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Treasury departments.

Depending on your specialization, you will be participating in:

– Monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing operations
– Processing invoices
– Reconciling unapplied payments
– Checking outgoing payments worldwide
– Maintaining and ensuring data accuracy according to internal procedures
– Communicating with customers and suppliers
– Reviewing balances
– Processing bank receipts
– Verifying customers’ accounts
– Resolving delayed balances-
– Collections activities on the assigned portfolios
– Credit risk analysis
– Reporting operation process issues to team leader and support in issue resolution
– Supporting onboarding of new employees

The remuneration is dependent on seniority, experience, and qualification.

Requirements

– Eligible to work in the Czech Republic (we are not able to offer visa sponsorship)
– Finance graduate motivated to start their career in Accouting or seasoned professional with proven track record of working in Accounting
– proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, graphs, pivot tables) and other MS Office programs
– Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
– Knowledge of Czech, French, Dutch, German, Spanish and/or Italian would be an advantage
– US-GAAP, IFRS, ACCA would be an advantage
– SAP, Oracle, Navision and other ERPs knowledge would be an advantage
