Job description

Our client is a well-established, rapidly growing international company that is currently looking for a new member for their team. Right now they are looking for two new members of their Customer Service Team – Retail Account Manager and Key Account Manager.

Depending on your role, these shall be your daily responsibilities:

– Assets controlling (in case of retail)
– Negotiation with clients/customers on a daily basis
– Optimizing asset productivity through prudent asset flow management
– Establishing and keeping partnerships with trustworthy clients at the proper levels

– Customer care, creating relationships with customers and maintenance of these key relationships
– Determine possible areas for business growth.

– Possibility of new clients acquisition
– Asissting on audits and its organization
– Communication with other departments to reach highest efficiency

Requirements

What you shall already have:

– Fluent Czech and English is a must (B2+/C1)
– Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / FMCG is a must (not in virtual product)
– Experience with Account Management and negotiations
– B2B experience isa must
– Driving License B needed
– Willingness to travel!
