Our client is a well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for a KYC Business & Process Analyst

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

– To coordinate data analysis and assessment in order to assist the adoption of procedures, guiding principles, and guidelines for a small client group.

– Control the selection and preparation of services.

– Handle common service requests, respond to inquiries, address issues where possible, or assist in solving issues in close coordination with specialists or next level support.

– Carry out user management duties
– Track service requests, solve issues, and examine inquiries and error messages.

– Encourage regular cost and efficiency evaluations to promote productivity goals

– To oversee the budgeting and management of staff costs as well as the evaluation of the services, procedures, and ongoing improvement in general.

– Participate in country-level service projects


– Command of English B2+
– Expertise in producing process documentation

– Basic conceptual and analytic thinking abilities.

– Proficiency in making thorough reports and presenting

– The capacity to persuade participants and collaborate closely with them to develop workable answers

– Expertise in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook;
– Outstanding communication abilities, particularly with various partners
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
