You will be responsible for the support of internal colleagues via phone, mail, and user portals.

In your daily work, you will be using Global Service Now – a ticketing system that helps to keep track of and take care of requests.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of English and any other of these languages: German, Dutch, Nordic, or Danish
  • Passion for IT
