Job description

We are looking for experienced IT Support Specialists / Technical Analysts who will join our team of professionals and will deliver local technical support and resolve incidents and requests.
More specifically you will:
– Support over 3 000 IT users in almost 200 locations
– Day to day management of data center environment resources and global wireless solution
– Monitoring, backup maintenance, vulnerability management, checking capacity
– Covering technologies around AD, Group Policy, Servers/OS and Storage, Backup, Email, WAN/LAN, Security, Internet, Remote Access
– Cooperate with the problem management team to suggest improvements


– Strong command of English (C1)
– Excellent technical background covering Microsoft technologies
– 5 and more years of experience supporting a complex Windows based environment
– Knowledge of SQL, Backup technologies, Cisco Meraki and wireless technology
– Working knowledge of ITIL
