As a Lead Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a small team of specialists for our international client, a global provider of assistance services.
Your key responsibilities will be:
– Manage, direct and monitor the transport services and the overall performance of the Transport team
– Find ways to optimize local processes in transport case handling
– Monitor and report on transportation costs
– Ensure proper documentation of all cases
– Supervise adequate organization of shifts
Requirements
What you already have:
– Native or proficient level of written and spoken Czech and English(C1+)
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Knowledge of GBS (Amadeus) – advanced level
– Advanced geographical and political knowledge
– Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
– Excellent problem-solving skills
