To provide support to the customer as ONSITE LEAD.



  • Program Management experience with software development life cycle
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced SQL, SNMP, JBPM modeller, and REST/SOAP APIimplementation
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the company’s’ representatives and team members
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Telecom background, experience working with Tier 1 Telco, and specialization in OSS-BSS products and solutions.
  • Able to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
  • Able to prioritize projects and deliverables
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Product development experience
  • Knowledge or and experience in risk management
