We are looking for motivated candidates for the position of LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST.

Responsibilities:
– design, concept and delivery of Learning and Development solutions, processes, tools and programs
– provide professional L&D advice to employees and managers for performace improvement
– provide technical guidance and training solutions to employees and managers
– conduct research and learning needs analysis
– contribute to course design
– deliver learning programs/solutions
– develop proposals for L&D improvements and strategy
– training management and administration
– performance management
– vendor management

Contract for definite period with possibility of prolongation.
Location: Prague 4 – Chodov metro
Start: by agreement (sooner is better)

Requirements

– Min. secondary education
– Fluent knowledge of English, will be used actively at work in both written and spoken form
– Czech/Slovak on fluent level
– Previous at least 1 year experience from L&D or HR-related areas
– Very good knowledge of MS Office
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
