Our client, a major global pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health, is currently looking for a learning and development specialist passionate about creating and driving internal e-learning solutions in English.

Job description

  • Close cooperation with Learning Partners and other company units regarding training material in areas such as compliance, quality or medical affairs
  • Development and delivery of e-learning content via myLearning application based on provided materials
  • Building internal trainings based on company guidelines
  • Rebuilding and updating online training modules
  • Problem solving regarding online training content and its functionality

Requirements

  • Experience creating and developing e-learning solutions in Storyline by Articulate is a must
  • Experience with learning management systems
  • Knowledge of AICC and SCORM learning technology interoperability standards for LMS
  • Good project management and communication skills
  • MS Excel skills
  • Fluent English at least at C1 level
