Our client is a well-known pharmaceutical company. We are currently helping with finding the best candidate for the Global Learning Operations Team. This role provides a central point of coordination for facilitators of live virtual training sessions.

This job opportunity is suitable for junior candidates who are looking for entry level position in corporate company.

Job description

  • Provide technical coordination and support before and during the virtual classroom session
  • Support facilitator with activities and instructions such as take attendance, manage interactive tools such as whiteboards, breakout rooms, troubleshoot issues, manage chat
  • Create program operations guides for virtual trainings
  • Communicate and interact effectively with customers and team members of the Global Services HR
  • Cooperate with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties


  • Bachelor degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in administrative job or customer service or related fields
  • Customer oriented – daily virtual interaction with facilitators
  • Excellent organisation skills needed for managing internal and external communication
  • Active user of Zoom is a plus
