Your responsibility is to answer the calls of company customers, who are looking for a helping hand to solve their issues connected to the company services and products. The questions are mostly from the technical field in which the employer provides 2 weeks training.

Required competencies

The key ability is English on a good communicative level at least B2. Willingness to work on PC and adopt new technical knowledge. Time flexibility the working hours are between 12 pm and 5 am, always 8 hours long shift.
