Your key responsibilities:
- Prepare trade finance documentation
- Establish and maintain close contact with the clients regarding trade documents
- Write loan agreements based on customized template
- Send agreements to clients and follows-up reception of loan agreement signed by the client and check that files are complete and legally and validly binding for the client
- Make sure that conditions precedent to disbursement are met and in line with the loan approval
- Calculate & prepare invoices
- Deal with reconciliations requested by Finance department
- Excellent written and spoken ENGLISH and CZECH
- Education preferably in finance or economics
- Experience from banking
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of the fundamental principles of operations and their processing system
- IT literacy
- 5 weeks of holidays
