Job description

Do you have experience from logistics and speak English? Would you like to be a part of an international company that is active in the field of oil and gas? Then, apply for the position Logistics Back office Administrator!
You will be responsible for:
* Accurate and timely coordination, validation and processing of purchase requisitions
* Maintenance of orders, deliveries, and shipments and entering transactions into SAP
* Warehouse reconciliation for payments
* Solving of payment claims related to transportation and warehousing
* General management of transport, delivery, and operational issues
* Reacting to delivery problems during the execution of the delivery plans
* Additional administrative support related to logistics

Start: ASAP
Contract: till the end of 2021 with possibility of prolongation

Requirements

* Relevant education or experience
* Orientation in E2E Operations/Logistics
* Excellent English
* Analytical thinking and troubleshooting
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP is a great advantage
* Ability to work closely with numerical information, data analysis, data interpretation and to provide trend analysis results
* Very good communication skills
