Job description

Are you Italian or did you study Italian language? Can you speak English as well?
Then we may have some nice job for you:)

On daily bases you will be:

  • Taking care of portfolio of customers
  • Advicing customers in many tasks in English and Italian language
  • Solving inquiries and issues via telephone / email / personally
  • Cooperating within international team
  • Helping with administrative tasks on request such as maintaining records and process paperwork
  • Solving possible issues and giving an advice if needed
  • Processing related data in the company system

Requirements:

  • Fluent English is a must , Italian is plus
  • Positive attitude is desired
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous customer service work experience is plus, not must
  • Pc skills – active user of computer
  • Excellent and effective organizational and time management skills

Previous experience is not required. Graduates are welcomed!Benefits:
