What will you do:

– Provide the best customer service via chat or phone, based on certain processes which will be explained to you

– You will guide, explain, advice or assist the clients with issues regarding internet connection, digital television and land line

– Responsible for educating the customer on detailed product information

The main issues are for example:

– password resets

– guidance how to set devices

– solving technical problems

– answering questions about invoices

Requirements

– Advanced English skills (written and verbal) – min. B2 level

– A logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving

– Ability to work in multi-cultural global environment

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Good organization and attention to detail skills

– A willingness to work on shifts

– Basic knowledge of communication technology (e.g. media, internet, telephony)
