Are you looking for flexible working hours? Chance to work both from home and the office? We are looking for a secretary to work with us in expanding our 25 year experience of machine dealing business to Czech Republic.

Main Responsibilities

Taking care of the administrative and organisation tasks
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Contacting new and existing, customers over the phone; branding our company and generating immediate and longer term sales, with following up the call by email where needed
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a foreign language
Preparing documentation and information for the meetings
Processing administrative and operational tasks from the manager’s agenda

What do we need from you?

Bachelor degree is a plus
Dutch – advanced level (at least C1)
English – advanced level (at least C1)
Czech – native language
Willingness to learn
Communication skills, time management and flexibility
Are polite and tactful (even with some hard customers)
Are able to analyse information and solve problems
Basic IT knowledge
