Job description


Main responsibilities:

· Managing and overseeing the department

· Responsible for the compliance with established rules and procedures for the implementation of rehabilitation service contracts

· Ensuring the ongoing registration changes in the configuration database (CMDB)

· Ensuring timely renewal proposal support of the installed base, including consultation with the customer

· Responsible for the preparation and timely transmission of the final documents for the negotiations with the customer team Sales     Department

· Ensuring the implementation of orders for support of manufacturers and suppliers, including updating data in internal systems company

· Ensuring professional development and participation in training and seminars





· Experience in a similar position

· Fluent in Czech and English

· Great advantage is an experience with support programs for manufacturers of IT products

(Cisco, IBM, MS, etc.), and work in ERP systems (SAP).

· Knowledge of ITIL processes is welcome

· Bachelor/ Master degree in the IT field
