Job description

As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in the team’s success. You’ll manage the scrum process, facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation. You’ll promote and coach the teams on agile principles and values, lead by example, and resolve conflicts and obstacles that occur.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Scrum Master position (approx. 2-5 years)
  • Background from computer science or related technical discipline (education or work experience)
  • Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
