Job description

A number of international companies in Brno are seeking candidates for a variety of different customer service, technical support and sales opportunities.

The following roles are currently available, for speakers of English plus the following languages:

– IT Helpdesk with Dutch, German or Swedish
– Technical Support Engineer with French or German
– Translator with German
– Travel Consultant with Romanian
– Travel Consultant with German (from January)
– Customer Service Consultant with German (from January)
– Customer Care Agent with English (from Autumn)

Requirements

– Fluent English
– A second language
– Good communication skills
– Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage
– Full eligibility to work in the Czech Republic
