Key Responsibilities:

· 24*7 Monitoring (12 hours shifts, 13 shifts per month)

· Continuously support customers around the globe

· Execute health checks and prepare reports as needed

· React to events and route issues to appropriate parties

· Communicate with customer and 3rd party


· Willingness to learn and develop skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Interest in career growth within the company

· Fluent English in oral and written form
