Are you experienced Order to Cash accountant? Would you like to oversee the AR staff, share your know-how and assist them with their tasks?

For an international company with a family-oriented working atmosphere, we are looking for O2C Supervisor with German language.

On this role, you will report to the O2C Manager.

Among your tasks there will be to:
– Oversee cash applications and cash collections and correcting customer accounts and help with escalations of difficult cases
– Oversee and support the billing and invoicing team
– Support the O2C Manager in credit control activities
– Monitor customer deductions

Requirements

– Educational background in finance or accounting
– At least 3-5 years of experience in order to cash
– Experience in managing team in Order to Cash process including AR and/or Credit control
– Good knowledge of MS Excel, Navision would be an advantage
– Good command of English and German (both C1)
– SSC experience would be a plus
– Team player with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
– Willingness to work a flexible schedule if needed
