We are seeking an Onboarding Associate that will become a part of a fast-paced team

As the first point of contact for all new employees, your daily responsibilities will be:
– Being first point of contact for all of the new employees
– Manage the onboarding process for all candidates from the hiring stage through the end of the probationary period
– Plan all onboarding materials and events
– Compile and send all onboarding materials as well as needed documents to each new hire within the organization


– Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
– Other EU languages are perceived as a bonus
– Ideally 1 year of experience in the HR department; same role is not needed
– Extremely well developed communication skills and verbal delivery
– MS office user
– Pro-activity
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
