Job description

Responsibilities:

· Directs and Coordinates all activities within supply chain of the company such as production, planning, logistic, buying and operational duties

· Assists upper management in setting goals that promote company growth

· Achieving strategic goals for the company

· Preparing budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports as needed

· Communication with with other departments

· Continuously improving productivity and Optimization of internal processes

· Developing relationships with customers and suppliers

· Defining performance management KPI’s to monitor operational success against objectives

Requirements

Experiences & Qualifications:

· Previous experience working as Director of Operations or equivalent position in food industry min. 5 years

· Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines

· Keeping employees motivated and organising appropriate training

· Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

· Communication and negotiation skills

· Fluent English
