Job description

You will:

  • Answer e-mail and phone calls from customers
  • Answer technical questions about cameras setting, explain functionality, give advice
  • Inform customers about products and services provided by the company
  • Solve basic customer’s issues
  • Attend various courses (to improve communication, language and technical skills)

Requirements

  • Native English speaker plus advanced English
  • Experience in customer support
  • Communication skills, customer orientation, willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to quickly orientate in unusual situations and problems
