Job description

You will:

  • Answer e-mail and phone calls from customers (focus on quality not quantity)
  • Answer technical questions about cameras setting, explain functionality, give advice
  • Inform customers about products and services provided by the company
  • Solve basic customer’s issues
  • Attend various courses (to improve communication, language and technical skills)


Your profile

  • You are a German native speaker and have an advanced English
  • Have any experience with customer support
  • Enthusiasm for technology – cameras, photography
