Job description

Your job will be:

· Handling your own portfolio of customers in Italy and other countries

· Processing HW and SW purchase orders from receipt to billing

· Cooperation with distribution centers in UK and Netherlands

· Resolving problems in cooperation with sales team

· Communication with customers regarding orders and shipments

Requirements

You need:

· advanced knowledge of English and Italian

· advanced knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Outlook and Word

· ability to work with different PC systems and data entry skills

· to be highly customer focused

· to be reliable team player

· to have a detail-oriented personality

· have a flexible and can-do attitude
