Job description


· receiving the customer order and entering it into Navision

· providing the customer an order acknowledgement

· liaising with the customer on delivery related issues

· providing reporting to our internal sales teams to help them manage their customers against the

targets set

· monthly upload of price lists files in to Navision

· cooperating and working with Finance in tasks with shared responsibility, of customer related or

controlling nature

· keeping a frequent contact with the rest of the logistics team, ensuring understanding of the

processes within and tasks of the logistics group



· fluency in English (reading/writing/spoken)

· keen attention to detail

· MS Office knowledge – especially Excel

· great Customer service skills as this will be a customer facing role
