The Order Management Specialist position is suitable for anyone who would like to work in an international company and especially enjoys beer!

Job description

  • Treating incoming orders from Customers  
  • Monitoring and solving customer requests 
  • Entering orders into the system and ensuring logistic data a met for these orders
  • Providing support to other team members 
  • Write reports and provide feedback 
  • and other administrative tasks in this character 

Requirements

  • Fluent in English 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Sense of priority to handle tasks and deadlines 
  • Analytic skills and attention to detail 
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP application is preferred but not necessary
