A global company is seeking talented Dutch speakers to join their team in the Order to Cash (O2C) department in Prague.

You do not have previous experience yet? We will teach you to become a professional in the O2C process, you will improve your communication skills and learn to use SAP and other PC tools that will make your work easier.

The Order to cash process starts with the order entry and ends with the payment for the order. Your task will be to communicate with clients and support them through the complex process.

More specifically, as the O2C Specialist you will be responsible for:
– Communication with clients via phone/e-mail
– Process invoices and track payments
– Search for any discrepancies and solve issues
– Analyze accounts, prepare reports and other ad hoc analyses


– Strong Command of Dutch and English (both B2 levels and higher)
– At least basic knowledge of Excel
– Good communication and organizational skills
– Motivation to work in Finance and Accounting field
– Previous experience in business administration, customer care, finance or other relevant would be a big plus
