JOB DESCRIPTION

  • You are going to be support for our clients – sellers of cars and work with the database of their customers.
  • Your main responsibility will be to contact those customers via phone (to update their information in the database or just to ask them if they were satisfied with the services provided by our clients and would be interested in something new).
  • There can be people interested in e.g. test drives so you will discuss it with them and provide all information to your colleagues.

It is important to stay, that there is NO reaching out to new customers! You work with old and new client’s customers or people who have an interest.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are native DUTCH speaker
  • Your English is at the communicative level due to internal communication in English
  • Customer service experience is a big advantage
  • We would be happy if you were a fan of the automotive world ..but you can do this job anyway :-)
  • You are a communicative, responsible and pleasant person
