Work for an international IT company as a Customer Services Specialist support and provide technical assistance with exams.

Start: January 2023
Contract: part-time

We are looking for fluent English speakers with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills who will:
* Validate the identity of candidates
* Effectively manage multiple simultaneous certification exams
* Ensure the timely start and completion of each individual exam session
* Monitor candidates with vigilance, and intervene in the event of protocol variances
* Provide technical assistance to exam participants
* Follow communication of procedures, guidelines, and policies

The position also offers the option to work from home, with flexible hours.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional language is a plus
* Previous customer-facing experience in a support role – advantage
* Effectively manage multiple simultaneous certification exams
* Fast typing skills with high accuracy
* Advanced technical and troubleshooting skills
* Responsible individual with attention to detals with an ablility to multi-task and manage time efectively
* Ability to work in shifts outside normal business hours
* Attend the training center in Brno for the first 4 weeks
