We are looking for a Payables Coordinator with German for the world’s largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.

Your main responsibilities will be:
– assistance in invoice processing which includes analyzing of invoices, following specific rules of taxation and re-calculation of invoices
– filing documents, reconciling statements and maintaining data
– work with database of clients and communication with them
– daily processing of requests in internal system
– preparation and verification of financial reports
– work in SAP system
– ad hoc tasks

Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Start: July 2022
Limited contract with a possibility of prolongation (extension possible)
Working time: 40 hours/week


We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
– availability to work 40 hours/ week from office
– active written and oral knowledge of English min. B2+ (will be used at work daily)
– fluency in German, min. B2 for communication with clients and vendors
– analytical and logical thinking
– communicative and detail oriented person
– accuracy and customer service mindset
– experience from finance and administration
– responsible attitude and eagerness to learn
– knowledge of SAP is advantage



* meal allowance 1650 CZK/month
* 5 weeks of holidays/ year
