As the Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for:

– Participating in a global payroll project
– Gathering and validating data from HR, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Stock and Global Mobility teams for the payroll calculations
– Preparing payroll analyses including a comparison of input data with output data
– Cooperating with the HR Services team and other teams
– Executing post-payroll activities by reporting to local authorities and finance teams
– Participating in process improvement
– Working with different systems

Requirements

– 2+ years of experience in payroll processing
– fluency in English and Turkish (C1)
– Turkish labor code knowledge
– annual tax reconciliation experience
– experience with process transitions
– familiar with SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, ADP software
– advanced knowledge of MS Excel
– strong analytical skills
– attention to details
