Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional who would take on the role of Placement Manager for an international organization specialized in academic internships you would be responsible for placing students in to internships and support them throughout their experience.

Your responsibilities would mainly be:

  • Set up and manage professional internships across all areas
  • Assess student internship and career aspirations through one to one

interviews

  • Guide and support students from initial interview through successful

completion of internship

  • Create relationships and maintain a strong rapport with employers
  • Expand and manage the database of Prague internship opportunities
  • Supervision and participation in evening and weekend social events

Start date – asap
Full time – 40 hours/ week
The contract is for definite period of time till July 2018 with possibility of extension.Requirements:
Requirements for the role:

  • Fluent Czech, excellent written and spoken English
  • Professional experience in higher education, recruitment, or relationship

management

  • Knowledge of Czech business, industry trends and Prague
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism and accuracy
