Candidates with excellent German and a passion for teamwork are invited to apply for a brand-new customer service operation in Brno.

As a member of the customer service team, you will be working on behalf of an international client in the telecoms sector, helping to resolve issues for customers in German-speaking countries. This will include troubleshooting technical issues, offering assistance with billing and tariffs; and a number of different ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

– An advanced level of German (C1+)
– Fluent English
– Excellent communication skills
– An enthusiastic person who enjoys working in a team
– Previous customer service experience is welcome but not essential
