Overview

We are hiring a great position of HR Specialist with Polish with possibility to work remotely. Our offices are based in Brno, but we would expect your visit here in person only 2-4 times per a month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process new hires, leaves, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events in Workday
  • Process pay changes, including promotions and other salary modifications
  • Create and update process-related documentation
  • Communicate and educate customers via approved channels (phone, chat, HR case) on HR policies, procedures, and related government regulations
  • Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
  • Maintain employee files and records to meet given requirements
  • Assist team members with problems, concerns, or questions relating to employee data, jobs and positions, and compensation and pay administration

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in customer service with a focus on data administration in a corporate environment is preferred
  • Full professional fluency in Polish and English
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Customer service attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
