This is a strategic role of the EMEA regional sales team to promote innovative 4G and 5G Cloud RAN solution. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a successful and experienced team as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
✅ Contribute to the development and refinement of Cloud-RAN/ Network Core, & small cell vision and strategy
✅ Assist the sales team in all phases of the selling process
✅ Interact with internal and external customers
✅ Work with Account managers to identify/qualify customer & prospect opportunities & define requirements
✅ Work with Product Managers to reflect customer requirements in feature set & road map
✅ Understand pricing mechanisms and support the sales team in building commercial proposals.
✅ Active in tender submissions
✅ Preparation of technical sales materials including collateral, quotation, timeline, project plan, and solution proposals
✅ Create content to support the technical strength of the solutions
☑️ Excellent understanding of LTE/5G and wireless technologies and understanding of small cell landscape including vendors/products/key attributes
☑️ Good understanding of the 3GPP and xRAN/oRAN standards bodies.
☑️ Solid understanding of operator radio, core, and IT networks including IT/OSS integration requirements for the commercial rollout of small cell service
☑️ Good understanding of the RAN (2/3/4/5G) development and how this impacts future network core designs
☑️ Solid understanding of NFVi in carrier-grade environments (either VM or Container-based)
☑️ Good understanding of the move to virtualize core network elements and how this impacts performance and cost
☑️ Significant, proven, and demonstratable cellular wireless industry experience
