Job description

  • Steers activities independently for remote Henkel purchasing locations and IT.
  • Analysis of performance results (KPIs such as net price development, savings, cash networking capital) and presentation of results in international team calls.
  • Participate in projects aimed to increase digitalization in the process, such as digital identification of saving opportunities.
  • Creates and validates predictive models / forecasts for business, especially concerning product price development in correlation with feedstock data and other cost drivers.
  • Establishes data quality controls with close cooperation with Data Stewards, contributes to data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluation and reporting of supplier performance KPIs (such as OTIF and quality) in close collaboration with Supply Chain Operations.
  • Contributes to digital upskilling of self and team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar with 3 or more years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Expertise in data visualization, particularly MS Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
  • Motivated to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  • Purchasing knowledge in the area of Consumer Goods and/or Supply Chain is advantageous, particularly in the CMTG (Contract Manufacturing, Traded Goods) domain.
  • Expertise with Python and data analytics libraries is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Databricks is advantageous.
  • Business requirement analysis skills is a plus.
  • Data quality knowledge and/or knowledge of quality system methodologies is a plus.
  • Process management experience is a plus.
