Job description

Do you have IT or data analytics background with in Logistics and Demand Planning and knowledge of BI Power?

Your main responsibilities will be:
* process improvement, harmonization and standardization of markets across the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia
* explore & define processes where further improvement/harmonization can be done across cluster
* develop standardized demand planning models
* streamlining demand modelling (“keep it simple”)
* re-design stock management tools
* re-design NTM and TX management tools
* integration of local planning tools into the Global one
* cooperating on local project implementation: SAP4L, GBS (Global Shared Services) transition
* developing an automized solutions for Customer service sub-function
* work on automated solutions of data exchange (EDI) b/w JTI and Customers
* work on automated solutions of data ex-change b/w JTI and 3rd party logistics provider
* working closely with the Supply and Demand Lead, Czech, Hungarian and Slovak Logistics specialist and Customer service Manager

Location: Prague 4 – Pankrác, possibility to work partially on home office
Duration of contract: 9 months

Requirements

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
* IT or data analytics background with 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Demand Planning
* knowledge of Power BI is a must
* advanced knowledge of Czech and English languages, Hungarian is an advantage
* MS Office – advanced knowledge (mainly Excel)
* SAP or similar ERP system experience is an advantage
* EDI implementation experience is an advantage
* analytical thinking and detailed oriented
