Our top client, a globally successful company in the field of energy and chemicals, is hiring proactive juniors to the procurement department. This person will support buyers and contract specialists and communicate with various stakeholders daily.

Your main responsibilities include:

– Reporting to Procurement Help & Training Supervisor
– Working in ticketing system and SAP
– Providing front line assistance and resolution to stakeholders
– Providing SAP and PtP process related training to external and internal users
– Maintaining process, training, procurement-related documentation in the appropriate systems
– Supporting projects
– Proposing and identifying process improvements

Requirements

– Good command of English (B2+)
– Previous experience in procurement
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Analytical and organizational skills
– Microsoft Office knowledge
– Advanced knowledge of SAP is a must!
