Job description

As Service Architect your daily duties will be:

  • Work with a technical team and sales team to ensure the managed service products are delivered with the agreed services contract
  • Co-ordinate the smooth implementation of a new managed service product deal
  • Manage customer expectations and facilitate customer interaction
  • Ownership of a managed services, service portfolio – coordination, management of activities
  • Communication with customers – mostly technical issues beyond business arguments, personal meetings and teleconferences
  • Preparation of materials for marketing – service offer materials

Requirements

  • Possess a broad understanding of product management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and are able to interact across all levels in the business
  • Demonstrate evidence of clear analytical thinking
  • Understanding of the Information technologies
  • 3 years of experience from a similar position
  • Advanced English and native/fluent in Czech/Slovak language
